Bo Yang
Bo Yang is currently a PhD candidate at the New Zealand School of Music, with a focus in musicology and music technology, where he intends to explore the instruments of taonga puoro, Māori instruments. And now he is also the chairman of the Chinese Students & Scholars Association of Wellington. He is an accomplished violinist with more than 20 years of teaching and performance experience. Bo completed his Master’s Degree in musical acoustics at the China Conservatory of Music. He has knowledge and experience in interdisciplinary research of music and mathematics, physics, and psychology.
